Meet Chef Trent
Trent was immersed in the food industry from a young age. As a boy in the midwest, he would help his father in the family donut shop before school. Into adulthood, he carried that work ethic and desire to please people through food with him.
After college and moving to Texas to marry his wife, Trent started his career in retail. But, he never lost his interest in food. He moved from retail into the restaurant business, learning to manage multi-unit corporate operations. That's when he knew he could do things better.
While Trent is a self taught home cook, he has spent decades perfecting eclectic recipes derived from some of his favorite family recipes and comfort foods. Trent's passion for four things: faith, family, food, and football, is the motivation behind his creation of Corn Fed Catering . He grew up corn fed, and he's ready to bring his unique style to your next event.
Meet Jennifer
In 2020, Jennifer left her career of almost 30 years in the dental industry to join her husband in building their new business together. As Trent's wife, she witnessed first hand his passion for food and his desire to bring joy to people through food.
Jennifer jumps in wherever she's needed in the business. She answers phones, replies to emails, and arranges rentals. She works closely with Trent on event planning and film production catering. She also works behind the scenes maintaining the website and doing all things clerical.
Together with Trent, she moved to Parker County in 2016. She is always looking for ways to support the local community and has enjoyed meeting and developing relationships with so many amazing people.
