Tastings

We offer tastings up to four guests in our Weatherford tasting room. If you have already reserved your event date with us via contract and deposit, first tastings are complimentary. 

We do not offer tastings for events less than $2000 or for events with guest counts under 75.

If you have not secured your date on our calendar, tasting are $25 per person and include the following:

A packaged menu of your choice (OR)

Three cocktail hour/appetizer options, two entree options, three side options

Each additional entree request will be $10 per person extra.

Each additional side/appetizer request will be $5 per person extra.

We offer tastings by appointment only Tuesday through Thursday from 11am until 7pm. Due to scheduled events, weekend tastings are not available. Requested menu items must be submitted  prior to scheduling a tasting. Due to the nature of the preparation, there are some food items that are not available for tastings. Some specialty items require an additional charge.

When available, delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of our Weatherford, TX kitchen.

6-20 miles is $25

21-50 miles is $50

51-75 miles is $100

75+ miles $100+

Due to our food quality standards, we do not travel beyond 100 miles of our kitchen.

Deliver & Drop within above delivery guidelines: Food to be delivered to venue in disposable pans. Includes  plastic serving utensils and paper/plastic plates, plasticware, and napkins if requested. 

Attended Buffet with Elegant Disposables: Food will be delivered and presented buffet style in chafing dishes with attendants available for entire food service, clearing tables, and cleanup. Comes with elegant plastic plates, matching silverware, 9 oz plastic beverage tumblers, and napkins.

Attended Buffet with China: Delivery and unpacking of dishes and flatware, guest table setting, self-serve beverage stations, food presented buffet style in chafing dishes with attendants available for food service, clearing tables, and cleanup. Standard Rentals include a dinner plate, dinner knife, dinner fork, beverage goblet, and linen napkin in your choice of color.

Plated Dinner with Elegant Disposables: Delivery, unpacking, and table setting for seated dinner service, food service directly from kitchen by waitstaff with attendants for bussing, refilling beverages and clearing tables. Comes with elegant plastic plates, matching silverware, and napkins. We recommend glass goblets with this service or you can elect disposable beverage tumblers with a self-serve beverage station. (Chosen venue may prevent this option.)

Plated Dinner with China (Full Service): Delivery, unpacking, and table setting for seated dinner service, food service directly from kitchen by waitstaff with attendants for bussing, refilling beverages and clearing tables. Standard Rentals include a dinner plate, dinner knife, dinner fork, beverage goblet, and linen napkin in your choice of color. This option incurs a 20% food and beverage service charge. This is not gratuity for the servers. This covers items such as broken and/or lost rented items, additional equipment required to fulfill a plated service, and insurance. (Chosen venue may prevent this option.)

Buffet and Plated Service are offered for events with guest counts of 50 or more.

Each event varies in the staffing hours required. We include the following criteria when determining the amount of staff needed for an event:

• Guest count
• Complexity of the menu
• Dinner service choice
• Venue and prep space layout
• Rentals

Regular Hourly Rates: $25 hr for buffet service servers / $35 hr for plated service servers / $50 hr kitchen staff

Holiday and "After Hours" rates are additional.

Staff shift begins at least one hour prior to event start for setup with disposables and at least two hours prior to event start for setup with rentals. Event staffing hours begin with a 5 hour minimum and extend to 8 hour for full service. 

Our team will remove catering trash and wipe down equipment/counters, sweep, and mop the prep space according to your venue's requirements before departing. Please ask us about staffing to stay until the grand exit for post event clean up or full venue trash removal if needed.
