If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the food quality or service provided by Corn Fed Catering, please notify us immediately via email at info@cornfedevents.com or by calling (817)476-2275 during the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. Food quality issues will be resolved with meal replacement free of charge or a credit toward future order up to the dollar amount of the meal in dispute. Refunds, full or partial, may be provided in certain circumstances. If a refund is in order, they will be made using the same method of payment on which the order was placed.
Items available for purchase are to be picked up on the date indicated on your order between the hours of 5pm and 6pm Central Standard Time at The Corn Fed Club 117 E 1st St Springtown, TX 76082. WE HAVE STAFF DEDICATED TO ASSISTING CUSTOMERS DURING THIS TIME. If you will be unable to pick up your order during this time, please notify us immediately by phone at (817) 476-2275. We will do whatever possible to work with your schedule. If your order is not picked up within 24 hours, we will be unable to hold your order due to food safety concerns. You will not be entitled to a refund or meal replacement.
Due to the nature of our business and food safety standards, we do not accept returns for goods sold.
You may cancel your order for a full refund by providing at least 24-hours notice. To cancel, email info@cornfedevents.com or call (817) 476-2275 during the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. No refunds with less than 24-hour notice.
