If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the food quality or service provided by Corn Fed Catering, please notify us immediately via email at email@example.com or by calling (817)476-2275 during the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. Food quality issues will be resolved with meal replacement free of charge or a credit toward future order up to the dollar amount of the meal in dispute. Refunds, full or partial, may be provided in certain circumstances. If a refund is in order, they will be made using the same method of payment on which the order was placed.
Meal prep meals are to be picked up the Monday following your order date between the hours of 5pm and 6pm Central Standard Time at 116 Optimist Springtown, TX 76082. WE HAVE STAFF DEDICATED TO ASSISTING MEAL PREP CUSTOMERS DURING THIS TIME. If you will be unable to pick up your order during this time, please notify us immediately by phone at (817) 476-2275. We will do whatever possible to work with your schedule. If your order is not picked up within 24 hours, we will be unable to hold your order due to food safety concerns. You will not be entitled to a refund or meal replacement.
Due to the nature of our business and food safety standards, we do not accept returns for goods sold.
